Never again

Overall good, but I have a small complaint. When we arrived at the pickup point, they spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell us different upgraded models. I wouldn't mind this normally, but they ended up using nearly 30 minutes for the sales pitch and counted that as part of my rental time. This means the rental period started from the moment they greeted me, not when we finished the process, and 80% of that time was spent on upselling.

Overall service was good, explanations were clear at pick-up.

The car was in an excellent condition and enjoyed the ride throughout our journey. However, the staff on duty for the pick up day arrived almost an hour later than the opening hours which is supposedly to be 8am. Also, the staff got quite annoyed when he was upselling additional insurance even I have mentioned it many times I have bought addtional coverage. This has overall delayed our journey out of London.
