The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.

The pick-up location is right across the arrival hall at the airport. Just cross the street and you can see several car rental signs. I originally rented an Outlander but got a brand new Forester with just 2000 kilometers on it. It has a lot of space, great horsepower, and the AWD is really smooth.

Good vale & a female staff was picked phone and she is a very patient to answer my questions, and helped us to fine the right petrol number to fill the car that we rented. Thanks to her.

Only one things I need to ensure that i am waiting 500 AU$ to return $500 deposit for car rental to me as soon as possible. Thanks
