Great time, great travel.

Always a very long wait at this pickup location.

Great and smooth booking process. I liked it very much!

Very satisfied, return process was convenient.

Everything else was fine, but when we arrived to pick up the car, we were told the model we booked wasn't available. We had no choice but to switch to another car. We intended to drive a familiar car, which was disappointing. The good thing is that when we got lost returning the car at the airport, the staff came to pick it up.

Like: They were very friendly when picking up the vehicle, however they never once indicated the rules for drop off.
Dislike: At drop off that is when all the rules where expressed.. once must have this up front and written from the beginning
