The Europcar office is easy to find, instruction provided to pick up and drop off car is very clear and useful. Customer service is very helpful and polite. The SUV car I rented is pretty new and spacious, my kids like it very much. We really enjoyed the trip, double thumbs up for Europcar :).

I got the best car rental deal through QEEQ which was recommended by my friend. The platform is easy to use and always provide useful information and timely reminders. This will be my first choice moving forward and will recommend to my friends.

We had the best experience with Europcar at Melbourne Airport! The lady behind the counter was lovely and we were pleasantly surprised when we walked out into the car park area and discovered that she had upgraded us! The car was practically brand new, having only done 3000kms! When returning the vehicle, again, customer service was excellent and it was totally hassle free. We could not speak more highly about our experience with Europcar and will definitely be recommending Europcar to everyone!

Excellent car and good rate. REALLY ANNOYED at being billed over $20 for providing the drivers licence of my wife and not being told we would be CHARGED FOR A SECOND DRIVER BEING REGISTERED - even if she didn't drive the car. This was DECEPTIVE practice.

Excellent. Counter staff for my pickup was helpful and easy to work with, no upsell of insurance.
