Pretty good. Even if you decline insurance and refueling services, the staff won't make a fuss. There are also other cars in the same class to choose from.

The billing had A little discrepancy. I was overcharged. I have fontscted customer service and hopefully they should be able to sort it out

Car was fine but the service on pick up was absolutely awful. Long line at the desk then staff tried to up sell. Eventually booked in and then had to wait for the car for about 45 minutes! What is the point of booking on line? Definitely would not recommend using this company. Had a much better experience in Calgary with Enterprise.

The car was exactly what I had booked but I did not enjoy or find this model that safe to drive. The wing mirrors provide such a small area to view that the blind spots are huge. I counted three seconds on a highway where a car was out of view. This meant that, even with checking my blind spots, I nearly crashed twice (and I’m a good driver!) when changing lanes.

A good search site and cheapest deal I could find. I don’t think the price drop worked for me but good to have in case the price goes down.

I arrived late at the airport and there was only one staff serving a long queue of costumers but there were obviously some other staff available in the back office.
