I really want to have that specific model, if they have that it should be more better.

The officer was totally confusing. We received multiple tickets. When you add them all up it was $1000+ but she kept insisting us we will be charged around $150 in the end. Later on she said $250 - it was a complete mess. We noticed scratches and damages in the car and when we asked for another car she said "just take a photo of the damages and you should be fine" what does that even mean? Terrible service.

The left mirror made noise as it was a broken mirror and not fixed.

Last time taken the magic

No car was available upon arrival. This was after spending 1 hour in a line upon entering the building before the transaction was even processed. Then a further 1 hour before a car was made available. Next to zero of communications from any staff on duty. Never again!!!

Car was great and what we needed. Happy with the service. Shuttle bus to LAX was regular and prompt.

Booking platform was easy to navigate. Will use again.

Like: They offered me upgrade with big discount and I took SUV. Very low mileage car and so comfortable to drive.
Dislike: Exterior was not clean enough.
