“Good, but wait at airport for a car left a sour taste”

Did not have enough cars, check in process was long and we had to wait for a car to be returned before we could leave. Only booked it 14months previously, I suppose we could have given them a little more notice.

“Excellent vehicle in very good condition Very simplified return process”

Did not get the Chevrolet traverse, but a Ford Explorer which was an excellent vehicle. Only draw back was the long line when I picked up the car. After a 16 hour flight would have preferred a short waiting period. Overall the customer service staff very helpful
