Airport pick-up and drop-off were very convenient. They proactively upgraded our vehicle to a Renault SUV with only 40,000 kilometers, making our self-drive trip along the Great Ocean Road much more enjoyable.

The car exceeded my expectations. Beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable to drive.

Instructions at Melbourne airport for pick up needs to be updated. I called apex and was directed with much ease. Car was great and staff very friendly.

Everything great and I will use them again

When we picked up the car the guy at the counter said it would be alright if we brought back the car with 75% full tank. By the drop-off the lady asked why it wasn't full. Bit of miscommunication there, but in the end 75% was fine.

The car had high mileage, over 100 000 km. It broke down on a remote highway on Kangaroo Island, had to be towed, and when it couldn’t be fixed on the island, it was towed to the ferry and we were charged $ 320 for the towing to get it back to Adelaide. Extremely bad experience.
