I left an umbrella in the car, and due to language barriers, I couldn't get it back. The umbrella was a gift from a meal, meant to be a souvenir, which is a bit disappointing.

After paying the full cost on the QEEQ website, I was informed at the Alamo branch at Los Angeles Airport that I was required to purchase additional third-party liability insurance. This caused a bit of a delay in picking up the car, as this requirement was not previously disclosed on the QEEQ website.
