Smooth and efficient

The staff kept trying to upsell things like car upgrades, insurance upgrades, and returning with a full tank from their gas station. I declined everything, and the staff seemed a bit unhappy in the end.

The front desk staff had an excellent attitude, patiently answering our questions and bringing a warm, welcoming feel to our travel-weary selves. After picking up the car, we were pleasantly surprised to find multiple vehicles to choose from! We quickly chose an almost-new Volkswagen Tiguan with only 700+ miles driven! The car ran smoothly throughout our trip, leading to a very pleasant rental experience!

I booked with super protection but Alamo desk staff told me it's not enough. She recommended md to choose Alamo's extended warranty for full coverage. So I paid extra 50 dollars for that warranty. Easyrentcars.com showed me super protection would cover everything but looked like it didn't. I wonder what's the problem.

Pas beaucoup de choix de véhicule. Le Nissan Armada est une catastrophe de confort et d'agrément de conduite, sans parler de la conso (V8), même si le galon ne coute que $3,80 !!! Ma plus mauvaise location aux USA depuis un certain temps !
