Excellent but note any marks whatsoever

First off, huge kudos to the staff – especially the team who handled my return. They were super patient and really nice. Shout-out to Beverly, Alex, and TBO!
The car was very new and drove great, though the A/C took a little while to really kick in.
I even drove it to Abu Dhabi.
Parking in Dubai was easy – just download an app and you’re good to go. Abu Dhabi was a bit more annoying since you actually need coins for parking.

Good, no upselling.

Smooth communication in English, very efficient. The car was prepared in advance, and they provided important notes and an emergency contact number before driving off.

Pickup was very efficient, but returning the car was somewhat troublesome as parking fees were required, and the car was not rented or returned with a full tank.

Overall it's fine. When giving the car, they just let you have a quick look. During inspection, they use a UV flashlight to check the whole car and found scratches under the side skirts.
