Car was dirty on the inside. Not cleaned, dirty windscreen, dash dirty. Only i was at the counter to pick up the car and they still took over 30min to find a suitable car for me.

No matter how careful you are, there's always some kind of fees to be charged and they never tell you this, e.g. premium location charge, which was never mentioned to me neither when I booked the vehicle nor when I met the counter staff to collect the car.

I opted to change the drop off location in Melbourne and after a quick phone call was able to a closer depot and return the car.

Like: When I arrived I asked and got a free upgrade to a Hyundai iq which was ideal because of the long trip I had. The car was great good on fuel real easy to drive and it was brand new. Would actually recommend buying one
Dislike: There’s not much I didn’t like except I had to extend my hire one extra day which cost almost half the price as the whole hire which wasn’t ideal but all in great service

Like: Process is simple and fast. No need to wait for long period.
