Overall satisfactory, had to queue at New York airport for the staff to bring each car over, which took some time. The car was very new, only a few thousand kilometers, easy to drive, and returning the car was convenient. Overall a good experience.

Convenient and fast, no forced insurance. The only drawback was that we didn't get the car we ordered; instead, we got a Buick Encore, which is smaller and had 7,000 miles on it.
