The car was dirty both inside and out. I do understand that for the price we paid that we could not expect the perfect car, but we received a car where the inside padding above the driver's side of the car door kept falling out. Although I provided an international insurance cover on the day, I was sold another cover because the person at the counter gave my wife the impression that we were not at all covered and I had to take out another insurance on the day.

Since the package you chose didn't include Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver, you would need to present your own insurance or purchase at the counter. Thank you for your understanding.

“the Manager refunded me $146 after i complained bout extra costs”

The guy insisted we take out extra insurance that he said was mandatory in Orlando which I knew wasn’t but he said it was and we had to take it out so it cost us an extra $180 which I found out later it was optional.

I didn’t realise we had to pick the car up off the airport so for future reference I wouldn’t book unless car was at the airport

It was my first time rented a car, and it was so good with Fox Rent a Car. They gave me a big car instead a little car, and I rented a little car, but without increase the amount to pay at pick up, they gave me the large vehicle and for me was awesome.

“Not the best rental company”

We got an older Toyota Sienna instead of a Dodge Caravan. No power doors or key fob. Not in the best shape.

The car was great but they said standard insurance is not included , this is misleading and therefore not comparable to other prices as they wanted to add on lots more money for something normally included, everyone at the counters were complaining and being sold extra products , I would not use then again although the car was great ..
