Search for FOX RENT A CAR Car Rentals in Orlando

I will not be using FOX again if I have an option.

About FOX RENT A CAR: 8.0 /10
The car was dirty both inside and out. I do understand that for the price we paid that we could not expect the perfect car, but we received a car where the inside padding above the driver's side of the car door kept falling out. Although I provided an international insurance cover on the day, I was sold another cover because the person at the counter gave my wife the impression that we were not at all covered and I had to take out another insurance on the day.
About QEEQ: 10.0 /10
Was a very good price that was offered.

We are sorry to learn you have unhappy experience. We will forward your feedback to our supplier and require them to improve their service and vehicle condition. Since the package you chose didn't include Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver, you would need to present your own insurance or purchase at the counter. Thank you for your understanding.

“Absolutely shocking and terrible!”
About FOX RENT A CAR: 5.0 /10
FOX Rent A Car made me wait one-hour and fifteen minutes because my vehicle was not available. They made me wait in the lobby and only when I approached them they made me wait longer until they completed the booking they were handling or I would have waited even longer. They were rude and not organized, a terrible experience.
About QEEQ: 8.0 /10
There were hidden charges that was not included in your price which I am not happy or pleased about. At least rentalcars.com adds fees and taxes to their quotes, so QEEQ is misleading and I now have to question future rentals going forward.

Car smelt of smoke, had a lot of dents and scratches. Had to pay £230 unexpectedly when the car was returned although there was no damage.

About FOX RENT A CAR: 6.0 /10
The guy insisted we take out extra insurance that he said was mandatory in Orlando which I knew wasn’t but he said it was and we had to take it out so it cost us an extra $180 which I found out later it was optional.
