I will not be using FOX again if I have an option.

This was the least amount of time spent at a rental counter in a very long while and no pressure to purchase add ons or things I did not need

Service at the Orlando location was very good as compared to other we have experienced. Car was ready for us.

Booking was easy and reliable a ever.

Check in was slow, and the gentleman at the desk was pushing unnecessary items on us. Such as additional insurance, and till pass that wasn't necessary. When we declined, he continued to try and sell us what wasn't needed. He came up with ridiculous reasons as to why we would need it. We still declined, and didn't need it. Wasn't able to use credit card without chip. Why? That's very ridiculous! Tha van had a low tire, as we began to drive away. Continued to get low as we drove, even after putting air in it.

Booking was fine.

Fox only had three employees checking people in and it took over an hour to get my rental. The 2017 Dodge Grand Caravans outside appearance was bad with dents, scratches and other damage. The 24 hour roadside assistance and Fox customer service suck. On my last day of vacation, the van broke down. It took over an hour of continuous calling to talk to a representative to get a tow. It took even longer to get a tow truck. I was stuck with my wife and two young children in a not so good area of town where prostitutes and drug addicts were hanging out, but Fox and the 24 hour roadside assistance people acted like they could care less. My family spent over 3 hours before a tow truck came. The final insult was Fox charged me $7.99 per gallon for gas for a total of $99.88 when the van was towed back because it had 3/8 tank of gas. I could go on, but will finish my comments now.

Easyrentcars.com was very easy to book the rental.

The car and service @ Fox met our expectations. The agent tried to pressure us to sell us the Pass for the Florida tolls; she even said that there are tolls that do not accept any other form of payment. We found this to be untrue in our experience driving through a lot of tolls. We did not find the online extension of our rental user-friendly. It locks the fees and you can't opt-out. We tried calling and the wait times were excessive. All of this can be improved.
