Simple,quick,great value for money

The company upgraded the car model to a brand-new Mercedes proactively. The store is easy to locate, and the pickup and return process is convenient.

Choosing to rent a car in Cambridge was the right decision. Driving in London can be a bit of a hassle, especially with parking. Starting from Cambridge made it easier to reach the rental branch and adapt to the traffic quickly. There were no other customers when we arrived, so we had a nice chat with the staff. Eventually, we were advised to upgrade to a JEEP SUV.

Very fast and organized

We were a little over an hour past the pickup time and they had returned the car to inventory. It took 90 minutes for a new car to arrive and it then had 1/2 tank of diesel but since we did not see the car before getting in I signed it was full as that was what the driver said. We did get £30 refund for the half tank of car upon return.

Brilliant service, guy on the desk when I collected the car was really friendly, clear and helpful.
