I was forced to purchase insurance at the airport counter.

The service was excellent, highly efficient, and the deposit refund was very quick. They upgraded me to a BMW 1 Series for free since the Corolla was unavailable, and the car was in great condition, almost like new. The entire rental experience was very pleasant!

The store is about 50 meters to the left after exiting the international arrivals hall at Istanbul Ataturk Airport. The store is small, and the young guy who attended us had a full beard and was quite enthusiastic. The highway toll system is already set up in the car, you just need to confirm the charges when returning the car, which is just a few liras. After completing the paperwork, the car will be driven to a spot outside the hall under a RENT CAR sign. The driver handing over the car does not speak English, so if there are any issues with the car, remember to take photos and show him.

The service was okay, the rental process was simple, no need for a notarized or translated driver's license. Just wasn't sure where to pick up the car, took some time to figure out since the signs in Turkey are unclear.

Picking up the car in Izmir was quite convenient, just a few minutes' walk. For returning the car in Urgup, I paid extra to have it picked up at the hotel, saving me a trip.
