Thanks for your review. According to the authorization procedure, any amount not deducted will be released within at most 2 months after you return the car. The time it takes depends on the car supplier. If you find that the pre-authorization has been deducted, or if you have any concerns about this， please contact our customer service. The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.

“Poor communication, unfriendly and inconsiderate staff”

Poor communication to customer I requested for a Mercedes Benz and on nowhere on my booking confirmation that it states clearly that I must have a credit card. I was denied the car of my choice as I don’t have a credit card. They did not accept my debit card. The manager at Europ car classified your website as “dodgy website”. There was no mention of a specific amount of deposit, I was asked to pay $500 before they can release a car of my choice even though I’ve been denied my preferred car- Mercedes’ I was given a car called GM, which took more time for me to understand it’s logistics and I have a child with me I rate this the worst travel ever

Great car, but they charged us for 6 litres of fuel just after we filled it where it clicked of twice at the pump. An issue to still be resolved with Europecar.
