The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.

The car rental company is right at the parking lot opposite Terminal 3 of Melbourne Airport. Picking up and dropping off the car is very convenient, and the staff are quite friendly. When they learned that we had a child with us, they provided a car seat for free. When returning the car, make sure to mark the parking lot entrance on the map early. Once you drive into the parking lot, the return point is immediately there. The employee just walked around the car once to complete the check, which was very quick.

Counter staff were shocking communicators

Dislike: Finding the drop off location was a bit of a hassle. We ended up dropping the car at another Eurpcar’s location, however within the same area
