Rien a redire

Some construction at the station made it a bit funny/strange to find the location, but otherwise it was smooth

Easy and at a good price, exactly what I was looking for

Service incroyablement mauvais, incapable de contacter la succursale et même le service à la clientèle ne pouvaient rien faire pour moi. Au pick up l’agent était hautain et a fait passer 3 personnes avant nous. Pour moi c’est la dernière fois que je fait affaire avec Avis.

Bon service, mais les conditions de location par exemple, l’heure de pick up dépassé, je perdais ma location et mon paiement...

The staff at Avis were friendly, however, the office was closed when I arrived and had to wait 1.5 hours to collect the vehicle.

Fuel tank was not full upon pick up and staff did not let me know I just needed to return as it was, they told me to fill it up to max, which apparently when I returned was not supposed to.
