Horrible customer service With Hertz

Very satisfied, convenient and fast.

The pick-up and drop-off process went smoothly. The car had 90,000 miles on it, and the tires were from October 2023. I got too excited and forgot to thoroughly check the vehicle's condition. The tire pressure warning light was on, and this car couldn't reset it through the menu, which, although it didn’t affect usage, was annoying to see every time the car started. The low beams weren't working but there was no warning indicator, which was frustrating. I ended up using fog lights or high beams at night instead. The fuel consumption was a bit high, perhaps because I drove a little fast. For EZPass users, plan your route carefully before deciding whether to rent it.

I've rented cars from this company multiple times for self-driving trips abroad and have always been very satisfied.

They didn't have car type which i have reserved by easyrentcars. They asked additional Insurance though i told i have thirdparty insurance by easyrentcars.
