Counter staff was helpful especially after my flight was delayed. The prices were a little steep but I guess that’s due to the demand in Orlando right now.

We will never use Alamo again .Blow out on i4 no spare wheel 8 hrs abandoned on freeway .Staff on phone told us to leave the car and find our way home alone or order taxis to pick us up on the freeway. We gave correct details as to where we were .phone bill while on hold came to over €500 we lost 2 days of our holiday.. 2 State troopers had to drop us home eventually. No spare 7 seater cars available in Orlando so had to be towed the next day to firestone and wait 3 hrs to get new tire on . Their breakdown recovery is disgraceful..think again before booking with these as our holiday was nearly wrecked
