First time using QEED, all in all it was a good experience

It was the first time I encountered a downgraded car model. Initially, I was going to give a negative review, but later an accident occurred. The handling of the accident was satisfactory, so I decided to give a positive review.

Fast and convenient; returning the car took only 5 minutes. However, the staff insisted on adding tow insurance during pickup, which ended up costing an additional $9 per day.

Drop off at Orlando Sanford airport was awful. Pouring down rain pulled up car no one from Thirfty rent a car in sight. Sign said to leave keys in the car so I did. I was so worried that this is all I needed to do. Got on my plane and tried to call thrifty could not get through to the location. Finally called the roadside service just to get a person. They went into the computer and told me it was OK to leave the car there with the keys. Terrible terrible customer service at pick up I was completely wet from running back-and-forth to the car. No help from thrifty
