The car is quite new, but the model is average.

The waiting time to pick up the car was over 2 hours, hertz did not have enough staff and the staff was incredibly slow .. ended up queuing for almost 2.5 hours to get the car

Back seats unsafe, came off runners. Didn't realise until back at hotel which was a 45 minute drive. Take away cups and tomato sauce sachets left in car.

Like: I was happy to get a Toyota Yauris instead of a Ford Focus (Had been told a Chevy Spark initially).
Dislike: There was nothing I didn't like.

Dislike: Had difficulty refilling vehicle; No assistance with gas service. Initially, did not know how to use. Late arrival of email explaining from whom vehicle was to be collected. Was totally confusing when I arrived and enquired for EasyRentalCar and was told that no such company existed. Was assisted by Police Officer; no customer rep was present when vehicle was dropped off - early morning, but instructions were given on what was expected. Still in need of an official receipt.
