Very good condition in general. HOWERE THE CAR DID LOSE POWER ON THE EASTERN DISTRIBUTOR ONCE. THIS WAS HIGHLY DANGEROUS. It happened about 15 minutes after pickup, however after a restart never happened again for the following 20+hours of highway driving.

The shuttle driver to pick us up from the airport didn't have our name on his list. After a lot of huffing and puffing, we got on the shuttle and came to the rental company. This could have been avoided.

The service was amazing and professional. The shuttle bus picked us up and dropped us off right where we needed to be. The car was clean , modern and great to drive.

This was my first time using QEEQ and to be honest I wont be be using any other company in the future. I wasnt sure what to expect as the prices were alot cheaper than most companies.

“Waited over 1.5hrs for Shuttle pickup and was late for meeting”

Great face to face. Shuttle collection process must be improved. I called at opening time and gave my name but it appeared that the shuttle didn't attempt to collect me or it drove past and did not collect me.
