I only wanted to add an extra driver this time, but when handling it on site, an additional fee was added without detailed written explanation, just a brief verbal mention. Upon careful review, I found that I could not cancel it by phone, which I believe is somewhat unreasonable.

Hertz lady was very accommodating and very polite. She was very helpful.
