“Could not fault booking through QEEQ or HERTZ”

The car had been upgraded for our arrival. The check in was very good by Doreen in Melbourne Fl. who explained everything fully and emailed photos of the car bodywork. She commented on our level of insurance cover so NO pressure sales. Would definitely use again.

Qeeq was easy to booking with. We booked the extra insurance cover and joinedt the Diamond Club. Maybe the reason we got an upgraded car.

“Easy, fast, affordable: why go anywhere else?”

The car was listed with space for large luggage, but the bed of the truck didn’t have a lid on it so if you have 4 passengers there is no where to put luggage in wet weather. We were lucky in only hiring it for two people, so we had space in the back seating area to store our cases in transit. This description should be updated on the website.

Dislike: Pick up was scheduled at 6. And I arrived 558 and it was closed Had to pay an extra 20 dlls of uber to get to Los Angeles airport and pickup. Over 40 min to get the car
