Quality car and smooth booking

Picking up was easy and walked me through the car but paid extra for zero excess

Everything was fine but only one thing I am not happy with, which is you guys are scare people by your terms and conditions who are hiring first time. Car was absolutely fine, no issues however I was scared by your terms and didn't enjoy my holidays, it put me off and I didn't use car as much as I wanted for. Also, I made complaint but not satisfied with the answer. Another thing is I am still waiting for my nectar points. I had email without an attachment or instructions. If it was sorted by 28th then I would have able to take part in draw as well. This one was my first experience with Europecar but not great. Even response are not that quick either. I don't know if it would be resolved or not.

It was a smooth no hassle service. The car ,the service, the price all excellent.

All Europcar staff are very helpful. the “flat tire” light went on on my dashboard. I called the customer service and they immediately directed me to a nearby garage and fix it. I have problem in finding the location to return my car. Called customer service again and they provided excellent guidance and solve my problem. Really like Europcar service. I like my VW Sharan. Very spacious which fit my requirement well. However, I think the car needs some maintenances as the engine has to be manually restarted a couple of times.
