I was surprised to have a brand new 2019 car. Liked the car, but the front driver seat was a little cramped. For someone with shorter legs and smaller body frame the steering wheel is not too in the way, but for larger bodies and longer legs it is too cramped in space. I liked the gas mileage and how easily it fit in the small compact parking spaces.

Overall satisfied, but the efficiency of the car pick-up process needs improvement. Also, the Dollar staff recommended some additional insurance, which I didn't quite understand, but agreed to it.

Very quick to pick up car. As advised by EasyRentCars, they tried to sell us extra insurance and even claimed the insurance we purchased through EasyRentCars was invalid. They also made us pre-buy toll roads as they said it would be cheaper and hard to avoid driving on them based on our route. However, we never drove on a tolls road so that was a waste of money.

The car had lots of scratches and dents but was still a nice car. I didn't get the class of car I requested which was disappointing as it got much worse fuel economy but it was a nice car at least.
