Booking with Qeeq went well but ace car rental did not have the vehicle that we had booked. They had a vehicle that was approx 25% smaller than the vehicle that was booked. We had to upgrade to a larger vehicle that was the same size that we originally booked. Additional cost was $132.00 us. I contacted ace car rental regarding this and have refused our refund. I would not recommend using Ace car rental

Do not use Ace Car rental as did not have vehicle requested and up charged us to the vehicle size that was booked. Rip off as cost an additional $132

They try to sell additional insurance and get attitude when you refuse. I purchased additional though my insurance company and they try to instil fear into you if you don’t but there’s.

Quick and easy

You're not able to reach an actual person when you call the phone number provided. My plane was delayed by 3 hours. I tried calling to let them know that I'd be late but wasn't able to get through to anyone. When I got there they had canceled my reservation and said they didn't have any cars available. I was stranded in a place away from home without transportation and they weren't willing to help me figure something out. I then took there shuttle back to the airport to see what I could do from there. The shuttle driver was great, very positive and helpful. Being overwhelmed by what had just happened I forgot my coat and wallet in the shuttle. I didn't realize it until I was in a taxi on the way to my hotel. I tried calling the rental agency but wasn't able to reach anyone. All around unfortunate and hard experience.

Was told there were no cars available by pick-up shuttle and that I have to rent from someone else. Fortunately I told the fleet amanager I had a minivan and he said there may be one coming in the next hour or so if I want to wait. Then i minivan came behind us and he said I could have that one as soon as it was cleaned. Then the minivan wasn't completely full of gas, so I had to find someone to tell, and instead of filling they just made a note of it so I didn't need to bring it back full. Otherwise everything went well ... the minivan was fine, and clean. Price was good. I would rate Ace a 1/10 because of this ... it was quite a shock to be told there were no vehicles to rent and handed a written apology from the company. It seems ACE should have helped me get a car from someone else, and or t lucky that I mentioned I had a minivan and that one came in. In the end everything worked out ... but only because I pushed.
