Efficient service~ Pick-up and drop-off took less than 10 minutes~ The car was a brand new Fiat 500 with only 4000 miles~ Everything was very satisfactory~

Alamo in Los Angeles is good. I rented a standard car, but it seems the company didn’t have this model, so I ended up choosing a Camry from the full-size options.

I went to a small store in Orlando. The space wasn't big, but there were quite a few people, and I waited for about 20 minutes. However, the whole process was very fast; providing a credit card and driver's license was basically all that was needed.

Queue times depend on how many people are there; if there aren't many Chinese, it won't be too slow. Service mainly depends on the renter's English proficiency; you can't expect everyone to speak Chinese. What kind of car you get is pure luck. I once booked a compact car but was able to take a small van after confirming with the staff, and there was no extra charge.

Like: Great car, no issues! Very new, great system. Connected to my phone with no issues.
Dislike: I had a flat tire and had to pay to fill it up. Was likely low when I picked it up.
