From the time my plane landed until I was in a car, TWO hors had passed. There was over a 45 minute wait for the shuttle alone. This was a quick trip into and out of Orlando, which made a delay like this totally unacceptable. I also had to call my insurance company to prove that I didn't need their expensive insurance.

Distance to rental location is far and shuttle not frequent enough. We bought a Lyft ride to get there $22.00 and almost needed to Lyft again back to airport but the shuttle arrived just then.

Customer service is not their focus. I waited for 15-20 mins prior to being helped. During that time the phone rang constantly - not one time was it picked up.

Waited 90 minutes to get car. Workers were rude and made little effort. They didn’t have my vehicle, so had to find me a new one which took additional time.

Waited a LONG time to get the car. Apparently the employees were on break in the back room and couldn't be bothered by the long line at the desk.
