Very convenient. Just bring your printed order and necessary documents to easily pick up the car. The downside is the waiting time can be a bit long, and the car model you selected might not be available, prompting them to suggest higher-grade options for an extra cost.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.
