I booked a gasoline car but was given an electric one. Finding charging stations was a hassle, charging was slow, and it took three to four hours to fully charge before returning the car. If you have an option, try to avoid driving an electric car.

Due to a driver's license issue, I couldn't pick up the car on the scheduled day. The rental company canceled the order for free.

“Très bien”
About Europcar: 10.0 /10
Très bon service, rapide et aimable. Cependant pour la deuxième fois avec Europcar, le véhicule a manqué de ADblue dès la deuxième journée de possession. Une belle façon de faire un peu d’argent sur notre dos …

“Excellent except for the petrol hiccough!”
About Europcar: 10.0 /10
I was served by a very nice man, Yann. It was his first day in the job but he was excellent. Very friendly yet very professional. I resent being billed for some petrol when I had filled the car & the 'drop-off' man said everything was OK.
