Very good! Hertz is quite reliable, and the car is very new.

Hertz car rental is excellent. The staff was very interesting and even upgraded us to a Hyundai Tucson for free. It was much better than Ace rental in Melbourne, where we reserved a Mitsubishi Outlander, but they gave us a Toyota RAV4 instead, claiming they were the same class. The RAV4 was the only car available even though there were two Outlanders parked outside. They said we were late by 16 minutes and those cars were reserved for the next day. Their service was terrible with dirty cars and sandy fabric seats, and we had to wait at the airport for over half an hour. I'd advise everyone to stick with Hertz to avoid such issues. And are Outlander and RAV4 really the same class? Don't fool me.

Even though we didn't speak the same language, the HERTZ staff were very patient, had a great attitude, and the car was in excellent condition!
