More expensive than renting a car in Vancouver, and fewer pick-up points

National was great no issues.

Everything was great including by far the best price on a vehicle of that size. Only a small issue at booking with credit card security issues due to the fact that the transaction went outside the US. Once that was fixed all good.

Like: The car was new, in great condition and everything was working perfectly. Drop off was extremely quick and efficient and I really appreciated that. I would gladly rent again!
Dislike: The location was a little hard to find and when I tried to phone to receive directions, nobody answered. However, I ended up asking airport staff how to get in and they told me.

Like: Because it was rented on boxing day and returned on New years day I expected there may be problems but all was fine. We were given option of bigger vehicles and because there were no snow tires available we took this to be safer. We went through a pretty huge snow storm and were happy we opted for the heavier vehicle with 4 wheel drive.
Dislike: The Ford explorer ended up being great in snow but a bit hard on gas and it was a very uncomfortable ride. this has nothing to do with the rental agency..just the maker of the vehicle...
