Car was not clean, was loud as if a muffler or tire issue. Address on confirmation email was not exact and office was difficult to find.

SCAM ARTISTS! Right cars is scamming people with low rates only to charge extra fee upon pick up of the vehicle such as supplemental liability insurance if you don't have 300,000 on your own insurance ( most if not all states only requires 25,000 - 50,000) so why are they asking for 300,000? to obligate you to buy theirs!. to sum it up, will never rent from them again and will do everything I can to steer as many customers away from them as I can.

It would’ve been helpful to know that the place was closed on sat! The day I’m supposed to return the car! Had no idea what to do with car, keys etc. and had to Uber to the airport!!
