During our self-drive trip in Germany, we had a minor accident with a broken rear window. EUROPCAR's local staff quickly handled the necessary paperwork and provided us with a new car in no time. This made the rest of our trip safe and enjoyable! Many thanks!

The service was very professional and the car was in excellent condition.

My flight was delayed and because I did not give the flight number upon reservation, Europcar had already rented the car out to someone else. They told me it would be hours before I could get the class I booked again. They made me pay the difference for the next class up. Not happy.

Was there a protection for this included in QEEQ's policy? We traveled because of a family emergency and it was tough being as on top of things as I normally am.

This’s the second time that I rented from Europecar. Always as excellent as usual. Nice car with satisfied service during pickup and drop-off

One condition in filter should be provided that is to choose auto or manual transmission.
