Convenient and quick car pick-up.

The staff were very friendly and their English was good. When I picked up the car, they marked any scratches on the inspection sheet. The car was relatively new, a Corolla with less than 8000 kilometers. When returning the car, I parked it in their lot myself, without any staff guidance. The return process was smooth, mainly checking the fuel tank and some parts for any collisions. The surprise was that the staff member asked where I was going, and since I was staying near the airport, he voluntarily drove me to the hotel. Of course, the $20 tip was given willingly from my side.

The service is fast and convenient, and the staff is thorough and responsible during car inspection and handover. It would be perfect if the condition and configuration of the car were better.

You can find the counter right after exiting the airport hall. The staff is very friendly. The car inspection is thorough, and the car is very new. Very satisfied.
