It's okay. After getting the order, you'll be directed to the car's location. The key is already in the car. If the gate guard checks the vehicle and finds no issues, you can leave directly. A friendly tip: don't rent an electric car. If you arrive at the airport with a fully charged electric car, there will be an additional charge. I was charged an extra ten dollars.

Very good. There's no mandatory insurance, you can choose based on your needs. The pickup and return processes are very simple and quick. Excellent.

Pick up process was misleading. I had an allergy attack due to the dog hair under the seat..could hardly breathe. I would of returned and exchanged the car, but the dog hair was not openly present.

You should have a customer service number on hand for emergencies.

Was expecting a Chrysler but got a lower grade Dodge. Had to pay for a full tank of fuel and return empty. It is difficult to return empty so I paid more for fuel than necessary. Everything else was very good.

So far it seems EasyRentCars is a super service and for my trip, it got the best deal I could find.
