Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes

Very long for pick up and drop off

Customer services was very poor. The staff was more concerned about finding a TV station (about 5 minutes scrolling Netflix) than helping waiting customers. Many customers were complaining about waiting over an hour for car and even for the shuttle. It was not opened at 6 am when customers arrived when it was supposed to be 24 hour service. Restroom (women's) was filthy and toilet a mess and I would not sit on it. The car lot itself was very disturbing and crowded and made me feel uneasy about my choice (first time). Cars crammed in everywhere on the grass and looked unprofessional.

The car exceeded my expectations the front desk staff was excellent I would definitely rent again. Did however have to wait 25 minutes to be picked up from the airport when I was told 10 to 15 minutes.

Dislike: The reservation did not say the shuttle name Route. I was looking for Essy Car Rental. I waited 45 min until I asked what color the shuttle was and they told me look for Route,

Like: I like everything from the service and the car itself. Makes me want to get one of my own.
