The staff was quick and responsive, the pick-up and drop-off were efficient, and the location was very easy to find. The car handover process was relatively fast.

Ended up having to fork out an additional £92 when we had only paid £52 for the rental as wouldn't accept the credit card as a deposit, although more than happy to accept the same card for more money!! Tried lying about a clearly rusty scratch which was on the car ehen we picked it up. Luckily we had taken photos before we drove away with it. My cousin also picked up a car at the same time as us and had nothing but problems. They also attempted to accuse her of causing damage which was already there. Absolute cowboys. Over 69 mins providing proof of address and payslip without prior warning. Person before mr had same problem. Ridiculous and should be compensated

The models are fundamentally different.

Overall was okay. Bought a diffrent unsurance and they said its not valid. Must purchase their insurance.
