It's alright, and quite affordable.

Car smelt overpowering from sanitiser. Was not informed of need to get code from DVLA using my National Insurance Number> Time consuming

Had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle bus, staff were very good, but the car had a bad shake!

It took 90 mins from calling office for pick up to arriving at office for car .. then they didnt have correct vehicle , they tried to palm me off with little Peugeot, I'm 6ft 3 ! so then they offered another car , it was scratched and dented all around , front bumper was unsecure as it had a bump previously, I opened the car up and it was filthy , hadn't been cleaned, previous hirer documents , empty coffee cups , sweet wrappers , smelling of cigarettes.. anyway I had to take it as i was late for my meeting at this stage .. I drove a few miles down the road and realised there were 2 yellow warning lights on , and I couldn't check what they were for as there was no vehicle user manual and to top it off the whole media system was in spanish .. also there was insufficient fuel in vehicles..you couldn't make it up .. I sometimes get Hertz and I always get a new or new ish vehicle sparkling clean and fresh .. I have pics to back up all the above ..
