Picking up and returning the car was extremely convenient! Pickup took 10 minutes, and return just 1 minute!

The staff didn't try to upsell additional insurance and even suggested cost-effective packages

We chose a service at the store that allows returning the car without a full tank, which saves time. However, we found out that the remaining fuel is non-refundable. We can accept this, but it would be better if it was mentioned online.

the car I reserved was never there in the first place so I was quite frustrated because I was with my boy and pregnant at the sametime yet fortunately someone just dropped off very similar size vehicle of I reserved so I picked it up right away was content while driving (the one I reserved was grand cherokee one I drove was Nissan Murano) staff said there would be similar size vehicle out there in the first place but there was almost none until I pick up Murano
