Picked up the car at Launceston Airport, very convenient, you can see it right after getting off the plane. Car condition was good and both pickup and return were easy. Even though I don't speak English, it was no problem. The staff were very friendly.

Pick up took quite a while as there were some international guests before us which did take some additional time. Pricing was quite expensive, approximately 3x what we paid in July, however I am assuming that this is due to the time of the year.

The vehicle was not as booked and I doubt if there ever was. As they know you have no other option as the car was paid for you get whatever they give you. Obviously a common practice of MOST car hire companies in Australia. Don't know why you associate yourself with these businesses

“good to start, dissapointing at the end”

The car drove really well, the counter person was friendly, the car had some scratches on it we showed the counter person, he said the scratches were superficial and didnt count. We took photos, LUCKY when we got back they emailed me to say there were scratches on it that werent there before. the ones they said were all the ones that were already there.
