They promised a Ford Escape or a similar grade vehicle, but we got a Mitsubishi instead, which was quite a letdown. The price might be lower than booking at the store, but it's due to the downgrade in car model. It's not a problem with Budget, but rather the third-party service QEEQ, which I wouldn't use again.

When picking up the car, an elderly gentleman who attended to me charged me $426 (by card) for the rental. However, I was later overcharged an additional $806.64 (by card). I pointed out the overcharge of $806.64 at the time and requested a cancellation of this portion of the pre-authorization, but the extra charge has not yet been canceled. I hope your company can help negotiate this. The return process was exceptionally simple; the staff was efficient and provided good service. I will rent a car again next time.

Lately Budget car rental is a rip off. I will need a lot of space to write about their crooked dealings of Budget Car rental.

Like: The price was well below the next option! Full tank of gas included! No problems at the airport kiosk to locate and process the reservation as agreed.
