My first car rental experience was awesome. I got a Jeep instead of Yaris at the same rental price!

Vehicle was fine. However, the information for getting the shuttle bus from the airport to the pick up point was sparse and led to a delay. The information about shuttle service to the drop off was not detailed enough.

Either their phones were malfunctioning or staff weren't answering, but I waited 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Not a good start. Once at their site, things were ok. Car fine. Staff maybe assumed I knew the "ropes" more than I did. I had to ask questions. It all worked. Price was amazing.

No problems booking. I was a bit confused how Easyrentcars and the actual rental company were connected.

no. it's an old broken down vehicle that was dirty and full of snow that took forever to get and forever to return. Sucked!

Like: The value for the price was excellent
Dislike: The company only offered Jeep Sahara vehicle which have poor sight lines, no backup cameras and are unwieldy in a city like Chicago

Like: The experience from Routes was overall good and a good value. We def enjoyed popping the top on our Wrangler rental.
