Chose to pick up the car from a branch near my residence in San Diego. Communication was smooth, no waiting in lines, no forced upselling, and the car was ready in 10 minutes with 7000 miles on it. Returned the car at Los Angeles Airport without any issues; just followed the GPS directions to get there. Gas stations near the airport made refueling convenient. The return process was simple and completed in 3 minutes. A shuttle bus right next to the drop-off point took me directly to Terminal B.

Very good and efficient. The process is simple and straightforward.

A lot of car models to choose from, even the compact series had regular sedans. I chose a Ford. It had a backup camera and other features. Very nice.
