The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.

Counter staff were shocking communicators

Onboarding and Guidance was on point - they had made sure that I understood the rules before handover. The car was fresh and clean as I was given the keys for a brand new car which had only driven 17 kms.

10/10 for the customer support an booking experience

There's no warning about fuel charge after return. Be aware of that. Fuel meter indicated full when I returned the car. Still, I got charged for 8 litre(AUD30) the day after.
