Not bad

The overall experience with the store was good. However, we originally thought the store was in the train station, but it actually isn't and it's quite a distance away. (Two years ago, we booked in Berlin and the store was right in the train station, which was very convenient). When picking up the car, the store technician introduced the car to us. Since it was a model we were not familiar with, and before we understood everything, he said the boss needed him to leave and hurried away, leaving us clueless about how to use the in-car navigation (because each model is a bit different). We had to hit the road quickly and later figured it out at a rest stop by asking someone else for help.

Not bad at all. The staff processed the paperwork in an orderly manner and then recommended insurance a bit: 'Do you need full coverage? Without it, you'll have to pay for all damages yourself, even minor scratches.' I firmly declined, and she said: 'Okay, I just wanted to inform you.' And that was it. Returning the car was also easy; a strap in the trunk was broken, but the inspector said it was no big deal. The experience was pretty much similar to renting from Shenzhou in China. Overall, very good.
