Overall, it was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and suggested insurance, but it's totally fine if you don't want to buy it—they won't pressure you. The car pickup process was smooth, but I didn't get the T-Cross I booked; instead, it was an Opel. However, the car was quite new, with around 10,000 km on it, and it supported CarPlay.

Smooth process, vehicle was in good condition.

The staff had a good attitude and there was no unnecessary upselling of insurance.
