I should have checked the reviews first, there is a reason they only have one star. We tried to call from the airport 4 times and it kept saying no one is able to answer your cal. Finally an airport employee told us where to go and said they would be around in about 15 minutes, it was more like 30. The car had electrical problems that didn’t affect us too much but scared us the car may not make it back.

We will never use right cars again because they ripped us off with overpriced insurance. We should have been told upfront about any law requiring extra insurance which they said we had to buy.

Got me a good deal.

Right Cars counter was no help, first they tell you mandatory insurance or no car rental , they hit you with two types of insurance totaling over $29. they do not take your black car CC insurance. ( RIP OFF), second car was suppose to be a Full size looked more like compact, and dirty , seats were all stained, car inside was dirty. third deposit was suppose to be returned same day, now they tell me when i return car it would take up to 7 days. Customer service was horrible. will never rent from them again i will stick with dollar, hertz, national, budget. never again

Cars were ok it was the counter person that told us a lie. Our resorts was Wyndham just off either 95 or the toll road. Fact is, we never passed a toll booth on the Toll road or 95. He told us we would pass 4 tolls to our resort and it would cost $25 per toll, thus, $200 when we returned the car on I 95. Another lie. Even the girl working that day said the same thing. We will NEVER recommend Right Cars.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
